Transition of water operations from North Carver Water District to the Town

The North Carver Water District is in the process of being dissolved as a result of the 2025, Article 11 Town Meeting vote. 

The Town is committed to ensuring a seamless transition as the Water District moves to Town operation. Our highest priorities throughout this process are maintaining safe, reliable water service and minimizing any disruption to our customers.
We understand that changes of this nature may raise questions, and we want to reassure residents and businesses that careful planning is underway. The Town is working to ensure that the transition is organized, transparent, and efficient. Existing water operations, water quality standards, and emergency response capabilities will continue to be maintained throughout the transition.
