MOBILE VACCINATIONS

The Town of Carver’s Board of Health is working with the Town’s EMS Department to provide mobile vaccinations to those residents who meet the eligibility requirements per the State.  In-home vaccinations are available for homebound people who are not able to leave their home to get to a vaccination site, even with assistance. These individuals either:

  • Have considerable difficulty and/or require significant support to leave the home for medical appointments
  • Require ambulance or two-person assistance to leave the home
  • Are not able to leave the home for medical appointments under normal circumstances

If a resident meets the above eligibility requirements and would like to receive the Johnson and Johnson one time COVID vaccination they are to contact EMS Chief Michael Ryan at (508) 866-3421 or Michael.ryan@carverma.gov.  Residents have until noon on April 30, 2021 to add their names onto the homebound vaccination list.  Doses will be requested from the state for the specific number of residents who are eligible on the afternoon of April 30th , and will be contacted once doses have been approved for distribution.
