5:10pm Review Eastern Bank Bond Ladder with Paul Conlon and discuss and vote to send letter of thanks to Paul Conlon and Eastern Bank

Review OPEB Funding with PARS (Plymouth County) and discuss and vote to send letter of thanks to Tom O’Brien and Kate Cannie

Conflict of Interest Training and Open Meeting  Law Online State Requirement

 

Update on the use of the Landfill for Solar Panels and issues related with protection of liner, insurance liability and potential other issues related to   approving a Solar Project on the Landfill.
