FY 2025 INCOME & EXPENSE

FY 2025 Income and expense forms are being mailed to all Commercial, Industrial, Mixed Use, and Apartment Properties by March 1, 2024.
The Board of Assessors appreciates your assistance in completing and submitting these forms to the Assessor's Office by April 30, 2024.
Your assistance helps the Town establish fair and equitable assessments.
Additionally, it preserves the tax-payers right to an appeal and helps to avoid potential fines.
