Tax Classification Hearing Notice

The Select Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, 9:00 a.m. in the Select Board Meeting Room #1, Town Hall, 108 Main St, Carver, MA 02330. The purpose of this meeting will be to determine the allocation of the Fiscal Year 2022 tax amount among the residential, commercial, industrial and personal property classes, and to vote on the minimum residential factor, open space discount, residential exemption and small commercial exemption, as set forth in Chapter 40 section 56 of the General Laws of Massachusetts. Taxpayers and citizens will be given the opportunity to present their views.
