Cash Transactions at Town Hall

Effective 8/25/2021, all cash transactions in Town Hall must be made at the Treasurer’s office.  Departments other than the Tax Collector’s office will no longer be accepting cash. 

If you are applying for a permit or license, you can pay by check or debit/credit card.  If you are paying by cash, you will need to go to the department issuing the permit/license to determine how much is due, then go to the Treasurer’s office to pay by cash, where you will receive a receipt to return to the issuing department.
