Discussion and vote to reauthorize payment of employees’ payout

Discussion and vote to create subcommittee to negotiate next contract with Executive Director including Position and Job Description

Executive Session--SEMASS Financial Obligations & Executive Director contract/payout.  To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or potential litigation (SEMASS/Covanta) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation position of the public body and the Chairman so declares.

To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel (Jeff Osuch Executive Director) or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiation with nonunion personnel.
