2. Financial Update

· Review and approve Bill Warrants dated November 18, 2020

· Review Monthly Financial Report- Bank Accounts

3. Wareham’s Operation of Route 28 TS update

4. Discuss Equipment List – Marion’s interest in Cardboard Compactor, Wareham’s interest

5. Executive Director’s Report

· Discussion-Update OPEB Liability and Health Care Liability-Bank set aside amount

Discussion- Update CMW- Plymouth County Retirement Liability amount $396,210 ( to be updated in December 2020)

· Discussion and Vote- SEMASS/CMW Trash Disposal contract for 2021-2025

· CMW Close Out Plan Notice by Marion and Wareham to Town Residents

· Scrap Metal – EXCEL Freetown

· Tonnage – Towns, Transfer Stations – Benson Brook and RT.28

· Financial – 2020/2021 Budgets Income/ Expenses and Profit/Loss update

· Discussion-- Employee Service Bonus
