Annual Town Meeting Guidelines

Annual Town Meeting will be held Monday, June 29 at 7pm in the Middle High School Auditorium.

If you are exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19 or have potentially been exposed to someone confirmed or suspected to have Covid-19, you are asked not to attend in person.

We request that all attendees wear masks.

Check-in will begin at 6:15pm.

Please follow markings on floor for safe distancing while checking in.  You will be handed your voting card and the warrant upon check-in.

Town Reports will be available at a separate table.

You are asked to sit 6' apart unless you are in the same household.  Some seats will be blocked - please sit so that there is enough room to fill the row with appropriate spacing in order to fit as many people as safely possible in the auditorium.

Non-residents will be directed to a remote location.  Only in the event the auditorium does not meet capacity with spacing will non-residents be allowed in.  

There will be someone to wipe down microphones in between speakers.

There will be staff available if you have any questions.
